Zizzis pizza was born from the careful study of the self-taught chef Federico Zizzi.
It is a genuine and natural dough that combines high quality ingredients that make the pizza truly digestible.
The organic flour we use comes from the important Paolo Mariani Mill; the oil used is exclusively Extra Virgin Olive Oil; salt; the water; and very little yeast.
Once ready, the dough is placed in the refrigerator at an average temperature of 4 ° and left to rest for a minimum of 48 hours before being rolled out.
Such a long maturation allows us to offer you an incredibly light product with an authentic flavor.
